Work stress? These are 5 tips to avoid it.

There is the phrase that “Over time, stress and fatigue your brain and mental health gets worse” and science knows it. The years go by and we forget important things and there are diseases like Alzheimer or some other neurodegenerative disease.

For this reason, I will give you some tips that you can apply in your life to avoid this type of dementias:
1. Do exercise: Is the most important example that I can give you, this is when our brain is reinforced when creating connections of neurons and forming new cells. In addition, it generates better cardiovascular health, and this helps your body to release toxins and to oxygenate your brain better, improving your mental health aspect.

2.  Eat healthy foods: Eliminate from your diet food that does not help much, your brain will grateful. It is proven that the brain reacts to the food that gives you the most nutrients, and this is reflected at the time of eating what you like most, that is when your brain generates dopamine, which creates pleasure when eating.Note: Fats (goods) are important in your brain is why you should devour an avocado whenever you want or eat fish.
3. Outside stress and tension, ¡disconnect a moment! It’s true, stress is sometimes good, but having it in excess is too dangerous for good mental health in and out of work. That is why I recommend you find a way to disconnect from that which mortifies you so much, take a breath, read, fantasize, or even do relaxation exercises can help regenerate your stress hormones to continue doing that task.
4. Do you like to listen to music? Music stimulates the brain in such a special way.  Listening, feeling, even learning lyrics of your favorite songs reinforces your musical memory, thus avoiding a demented illness.
5. Sleep well, reinforce your memory:  Finally, sleeping well not only rests you physically and mentally if you do memory exercises, that is, remembering the most important thing of your day, you reinforce your mental health and thus avoid not remembering events that could be crucial at the time, so before going to sleep, think and reflect a bit on your day, your brain will grateful.
Usually, that’s so difficult to do, but no impossible, and they are very useful to avoid falling into mental health deficit that affects your life and your productivity at work.
