1. Manage your time
There is nothing better than doing your activities and at the end of the day realize that you made them all in a timely manner, that is why implementing a plan for the day is very useful.
2. You can plan your day, one day before
Before sleep start to remember what your next day's earrings are and write them down either on your mobile or in a notebook. This can help you a lot to save time and space.
3. Clear priorities
In the management of time there is a basic rule that I personally take into account, which is based on carrying out your activities classified as:
Important urgent: They are those activities that you must carry out, if you do not do them, there may be consequences.
Important not urgent: They are those that you can plan without pressure, and register in your agenda so that afterwards it does not become an emergency.
Not important, necessary: You can do them and there are no bad consequences, however they have to be done anyway.
Not important, not necessary: If you do not do it, nothing happens, you can not even do it and gain more time.
4. Order and cleaning
One of the complements to take a good organization in any aspect is to order everything that is around you, for example, in the office you must take care of your work space, accommodate the stationery and keep any tool in your place will make your job much easier.
5. Put reminders
Whether it's on calendars, notes even on your cell phone, confirming reminders / alarms with a small note can help you a lot so you can do it exactly and finish your day well.
A good organization will help you to be clear about your pending, just remember that you must include some breaks, taking time for yourself will keep you energized and optimistic to finish everything on your list.
